It's 3:13 A.M. And I can't decide how I feel. I'm proud of myself for finishing my applications to universities and I'm terrified of the idea of my life progressing. You'd think after six years, I'd outgrow this. I'm so grateful to have friends who are a balance of influencing me to do good (Marco finished his applications this week) and can have insane amounts of fun. Im also so so excited to go home this winter! All I have to do is surmount the great obstacle that is finals. Easier said than done. Welp. Maybe I'll pop in and write another post in a year.

Since I never ever post, I thought this would be a good place to put down my long-term and short-term goals and see if I've accomplished them when I stumble upon this in a couple years.

Short Term Goals (over the next year):

• move into apartment with Raymond
• get furniture/appliances/adult things
• get a raise or find a better job...or both!
• go back to school
• get a credit card (build credit)
• pay off debts
• make it home for the holidays

Long Term Goals (after this year):

• continue school
• take a vacation out of the country
• start saving for a house/major life things

We'll see how it goes!!

Update

I don't write in this enough. I want to remember all the cool adventures I have, and this is such a good way to do that.....BUT I'M SO LAZY. Oh well, I'll write when I remember to. Here goes:

We've been hanging out with Kahai a lot, and I really enjoy his company. He has this awkward sense of humor that I adore. The four of us had a fishing kick and attempted to fish for a couple days, It was fun. I got a massive ear infection though ):

Daniel, Raymond, Amy, Kahai, Rob, and I went camping a couple weeks ago and it was so much fun. Amy got stoned for the first time....like insanely stoned. (I'm not sure how I feel about it, I mean, I'm not upset at all, I guess she's just growing up and doing her own thing. It's weird) There was also a lot of beer. And a lot of pretty good food. We went swimming in a tide pool, although I couldn't really swim so I guess I stood in a tide pool, but it was still fun.

A few days after camping was Asia's 21st birthday. We decided to spend it at Hawaiian Brian's, which I think is ironic because Asia hates pool. That aside, we had a lot of fun. Asia had a few drinks and got a little tipsy, I had a lot of drinks and got a little drunk. Then Leah, Asia, and I talked boys. When Asia and Dan dropped Ray and I off, I got emotional because Daniel left for Virginia the day after. I cried and gave him lots of hugs.

Oh. We also started school that day! I ditched my last two classes because, fuck, I'm a rebel. Not really, there were promises of kittens. How could I say no? ANYWAY. My psych teacher is quirky but adorable, and I'm going to love the class; my guitar teacher is a total kumu, and my phil teacher is....boring.....yet interesting at the same time.

Hopefully I update my blog before the end of the semester but who knows? TTFN <3
